License Agreement for Simple Trade Activity Recorder

This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a company) and the author of this software package, MODSware.com.

The program is distributed as trialware. This means:

1. All intellectual and other rights to this software are owned by the author of this software: Rolando Tan and MODSware.com.

2. Evaluation version - You may give copies of the unregistered evaluation version (trialware version) of this software package to anyone, copy it to any media, distribute it by any means, and upload it to shareware sites on the Internet, as long as the original package remains unmodified. It may not be sold, rented, or leased.

3. Registered version - The registered version may only be used by a single person or company for each copy purchased. It may not be sold, given away, or distributed to anyone else.

4. THE PROGRAM IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU USE THE PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NEITHER THE AUTHOR(S) NOR THE AGENT(S) OF THE AUTHOR(S) WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

5. You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, hack or reverse-engineer any part of this software. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

6. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Rolando Tan and MODSware.com. Any of the terms can be changed at any time without prior notice.

7. Installing and using The program signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of this license.

8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the program files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
